Actor Spotlight: Lee Dong Wook
Born November 6th, 1981, Lee Dong Wook is a South Korean Actor.
With his memorable, on-screen talent as such, he has secured many lead roles.
He is well known for playing charismatic and romantic male leads.
Here are a couple more dramas you might remember him from:
Here he is a baseball celeb with a bit of an attitude problem. Due to a misunderstanding, he and the female lead who don’t hit things off well, have to pull off a friendly scam to fool the public that they get along just fine.
So Lee Shi Young who plays Yoo Eun Jae is a bodyguard who is slightly less than attractive female lead. In later eps, she does tame her hair down but still has a bit of an androgynous vibe. Not quite a gender bender here, but she definitely has slightly boyish demeanour.
She really is just a sweet girl in an interesting line of work (bodyguard) who wants to fall in love and feel affection from someone who likes her for who she is. Moo Yul played by Dong Wook certainly conflicts and attracts her further in.
This heart moving melodrama is beautiful as it is sad. A rich boy and your everyday regular office gal who gets diagnosed with life-threatening cancer and only has a short time to live. This pairing goes through all the feels and some intense visual romantic moments on screen.
(Known for its hot onscreen tango dance scenes)
Powerhouse Kim Sun Ah compliments as the endearing female lead who is fated to live her last moments to the fullest all the while catching the desire and interest of Kang Ji Wook (Lee Dong Wook).
His most current drama: Goblin 2016
Cast alongside the ever popular Gong Yoo who is the lead (Goblin).
The handsome Dong Wook shares some screen time as a main character in the anticipated winter airing drama as Wang Yeo (Grim Reaper).
