After losing his parents in a fire, Lee Ahn acquires the power of psychometry, the ability to read a person or an object's past through physical contact, and he decides to use it to take bad people down. While he does not know how to control his power yet, he meets Yoon Jae In who tries her best to hide her painful secrets. Together with his foster guardian, prosecutor Kang Seong Mo, and the latter's colleague, investigator Eun Ji Soo, they team up to solve an elusive case that has been haunting the lives of Ahn, Sung Mo, and Jae In. The case revolves around the life of prosecutor Kang's mother and father, who were the main cause of the fire. Jae In and Lee Ahn heal each other through their past present and future and find the culprit. (Source: Wikipedia) Edit Translation

This drama is everything there's romance, suspense, comedy, supernatural elements and so much more. The chemistry between the actors is everything, especially when the leads aren't very experienced but the acting is top notch. I can't stress enough how proud I am of Jinyoung - to me he is considered to be one of the best idol actors. Also the OST is so good - love how fellow got7 members support Jinyoung so much on his first lead role as well. At first I thought this was going to be another boring drama where the suspense only lasts a couple of episodes, BUT NO, it carries until the very end and has all kinds of dark twists and turns that are not expected at all. All the actors were so good at portraying their role, even though there were so many ups and downs, I will def miss this drama and this cast acting together. PLS MAKE ANOTHER SEASON !! I hope to see more JYP actors in dramas!! 10/10

This drama kind of caught me off guard: I started watching it with a prejudice against idols acting. I usually think they don't bring enough depth to the characters, that they try too hard and makes it difficult to take them seriously - idols are not actors after all. However Park Jin Young and Shin Ye Eun quickly turned out to be fascinating through the raw emotions they conveyed: they don't try too hard nor not enough, they are spontaneous and hit the emotions just right.
I have to say, they are backed by two actors who did more than good; Kim Kwon and Kim Da Som perfectly embraced their roles and they grasped the personalities of their characters in a way it makes it easy to jump right into the plot.
So after praising the actors, I should praise the plot right?
Well that's where the drama loses points. Although it was a nicely built story, I was still bothered by some incoherences and the inevitable moments of boredom. The plot revealed too much, too quickly: the multiple flashbacks sure were interesting and nice, but I do believe they weren't exploited to the maximum of their potential. Which leads me to the main point of my critique: suspense fell flat almost all through the drama for me. If you paid enough attention to what was going on, you knew what would happen next, and in my opinion, the writers didn't succeed in building up anticipation and dread, which are vital for that kind of thriller drama.
To sum up, the drama is worth watching, for the original plot as well the skilled actors, but could have been much better plot-wise.
